Dicha capacidad proviene de las centrales hidroel&eacute;ctricas de <a href="canondelpato.htm" class="textos2">Ca&ntilde;&oacute;n del Pato</a> (263.5 MW) y <a href="carhuaquero.htm" class="textos2">Carhuaquero</a> (95 MW), as&iacute; como de las centrales <a href="termicas.htm" class="textos2">termoel&eacute;ctricas</a> de Chimbote (44 MW), Trujillo (20.4 MW), Chiclayo (24.4 MW), Piura (40.4 MW), Paita (5.8 MW) y Sullana (8.5 MW).<br> <br> Todas las plantas est&aacute;n ubicadas en la zona norte del Per&uacute;. Sin embargo, como empresa integrante del SEIN, EGENOR est&aacute; en condiciones de comercializar su energ&iacute;a el&eacute;ctrica con cualquier cliente del territorio peruano que se encuentre conectado a la red el&eacute;ctrica nacional.
